1. Service Description

TryBotC / TryBotCommunity ("the Bot", "we", "our", "the Service") is a community-made Discord bot that provides integration services for TrySMP.net Minecraft servers, including but not limited to: account linking, wallet management, player statistics tracking, minigames with betting, and giveaway management. This bot is not affiliated with or endorsed by TrySMP.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account or wallet balance
• You must not use the bot for any fraudulent or illegal activities

3. Virtual Currency & Wallet

The wallet system allows you to deposit, store, transfer, and withdraw in-game currency. By using the wallet:

• You acknowledge that wallet balances represent in-game currency only
• Wallet balances have no real-world monetary value
• We reserve the right to freeze or reset wallets suspected of abuse
• Deposits are processed automatically; verify recipient before sending

4. Minigames & Betting

The Bot offers minigames where users can wager wallet balance. Participation is voluntary.

• All bets are final once a game starts
• Winnings are automatically transferred to the winner's wallet
• In case of draws, bets are returned to both players
• Game manipulation or exploitation will result in penalties
• We may disable betting features at any time

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Using automation, bots, or scripts with the service
• Harassing other users or staff
• Attempting to access another user's account or wallet

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. By using this service, you assume all responsibility for any bans, restrictions, or other actions taken by Discord or game servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency, account restrictions, or game bans.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
